Bizee review (2026): $0 to start — read the renewal line

Bizee really will form your LLC for $0 plus the state fee. Whether it stays cheap depends on what you add at checkout and whether you notice the registered agent renewal.

The short answer

  • Basic is $0 + state fee with a free first year of registered agent service.
  • The agent auto-renews; Bizee does not show the renewal price on its pricing page (third-party reports: $119–$149/yr).
  • The Basic package does not include an EIN; plan to get it yourself from the IRS.
  • Good for disciplined DIY founders; others end up adding enough extras to lose the saving.

Bizee (the company formerly called Incfile) built its business on the $0 LLC. It is a real offer from a large, established filer. For a non-resident it is also an incomplete one: the package that costs nothing does not include the things non-residents need most.

Who Bizee is for

Founders who want the lowest possible upfront cost, will get their own EIN, do not need a US address from the formation service, and will put the registered agent renewal date in their calendar.

Pricing, explained

PackagePrice
Basic$0 + state fee
Standard$199 + state fee
Premium$299 + state fee

Every package includes a free first year of registered agent service, which then renews automatically. Bizee does not publish the renewal price on its pricing page; recent third-party reviews report between $119 and $149 a year, and we use $149 in our calculations to stay conservative.

For a Wyoming LLC on Basic, with the EIN obtained yourself, expect about $100 in year one and $518 over three years. Those numbers only hold if you decline the optional extras offered during checkout.

How it handles the non-resident essentials

EIN. Not in Basic. Get it free from the IRS by phone or fax.

Address. A paid add-on. Bizee’s free agent address is for legal mail, not a business address for banks.

Banking and taxes. Not offered beyond partner add-ons. You will still need a Form 5472 every year.

What works

  • Genuinely $0 service fee on the Basic package.
  • Large, established filer with fast processing.
  • Accepts foreign owners in every state.

What to watch

  • Registered agent auto-renews; the renewal price is not shown on the pricing page.
  • EIN for owners without an SSN is not built into the cheapest package.
  • Checkout presents many optional add-ons — easy to overspend.

Alternatives to consider

Northwest Registered Agent costs $39 more up front, publishes its $125 renewal, and keeps your details private — for many founders that transparency is worth more than the $39. If you would rather not assemble the pieces yourself, doola bundles them.

Our verdict

Cheapest way in on paper. Fine for a confident DIY founder; others will end up adding enough extras to erase the saving.
